Lila Marantz, President
For 40 years Lila has helped a select group of individuals and families address their financial concerns by concentrating on each client’s specific needs. Her focus: lifetime investment, retirement and estate planning strategies, and financial advisory. Lila work with other community professionals, CPAs and attorneys to meet her client’s objectives.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Series 7, 63, 65, 3 licensed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Lila maintains insurance licenses with several states including her home state Hawaii.
As a community member she has served on several charitable boards including Catholic Charities Hawaii, St. Ann’s School Kaneohe, Kahalu’u Elementary, and St Mark’s Lutheran Kaneohe. She is involved with the neighborhood watch for Lulani/Iuiu area in Kahalu’u.
Lila and her husband George are the parents of two beautiful and good daughters. The eldest is a senior in college, the younger a senior in High School.

Adriel Lam, Vice-President
Adriel Lam is a retired US Army Officer. He served nearly 24 years, first as an Engineer, then as a Foreign Area Officer. His assignments include 10 overseas tours to include Bosnia-Hercegovina, Honduras, Beijing, Afghanistan, and Taipei. His awards during his service include the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal, the Order of the Cloud and Banner (ROC) and the Meritorious Honor Award (US State Dept).
He remains active in the local community with the Kaneohe Neighborhood Board, Kaneohe Lions Club, Kaneohe Business Group, Koolaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club, Kaneohe Christmas Parade, Kailua Elks, and the VFW Post 110 MIS Veterans of Hawaii and Post 10154 Windward.
He and his wife, Melissa, reside in Kaneohe with their four children.

Evelyn Flores, Secretary/Treasurer
Evelyn has spent the last 32 years in the information technology (IT) industry. Throughout her life she has had a love of learning and recognizes the value and opportunities afforded by quality education. She continues to encourage the love of learning in her children and grandchildren, and is excited to be part of an organization providing quality education to Hawaii’s keiki.
She received her bachelors in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, and Masters in Business from Wayland Baptist University.
Evelyn and her husband Joe are blessed to be parents of a daughter (and son-in-law) and two sons (and daughter-in-law), all upstanding and caring adults.

Chuck Lee, Director
Chuck Lee is a seasoned hospitality professional with a successful career spanning over four decades in the vibrant restaurant, bar, and entertainment showroom sectors in Hawaii. He recently retired from a fulfilling role in Airport Management and Administration with the Hawaii Department of Transportation. He has a deep commitment to community engagement and has dedicated his post-retirement years to volunteering on various boards, including the Condo Board, Neighborhood Board, and Neighborhood Security Watch, and is a consultant for local charter schools. A devoted father and grandfather, he treasures family time and is passionate about fostering a sense of community and support for future generations. His extensive experience and community involvement reflect a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of those around him.

Shane Chambers, Director
Shane Chambers is a lifelong teacher, having started his career as an instructor at Ka’ma’aina Kids. He has run the Youth Ministry program at Saint Ann’s Kaneohe Parish for seven (7) years and continues to devote his Sundays to this rich program. As a Graduate of Chaminade University, Shane has taught at St. Francis School, Damien Memorial School, and is currently a permanent substitute teacher at St. Louis School. This year Shane married his sweetheart Sherry; they plan on starting a family soon. Shane brings expert teaching skills to our endeavor and a “can-do” positive attitude that is infectious.
